SERVICE Dolce Neve staffs highly qualified Beverage Equipment Technicians to provide preventative maintenance and 24/7 emergency service to our Northern California customers. We collaborate with a service network for customers outside of our Greater Bay Area service area.

Dolce Neve is committed to reducing your equipment downtime with priority response times. We will respond to all emergency issues within 4 hours and routine service requests within 24 hours.


Our 30 day warranty applies to our service work, parts and travel: we will warranty replaced parts and exchange or repair defective parts with no additional labor or travel charges within 30 days from initial installation.


Regular Service Rate: $95 per hour with one hour minimum per service call, billed in 15 minutes increments after the first hour on-site. After Hours Rate: $142.50 per hour, same minimum applies. Holiday Rate: $190 per hour premium for federally observed holidays with one hour minimum per service call.
Travel: Travel charges for on-site service are 75 cent/mile port to port from our home office in Petaluma. Travel charges and one hour minimum will be waived for return visits due to out-of-stock status of any commonly stocked parts deemed necessary during an initial service visit.


In the event of catastrophic failure of customer owned equipment, Dolce Neve can install a comparable replacement on location while Dolce Neve performs major repairs on customer owned equipment at our in- house repair facility or while replacement equipment is sourced. Equipment on loan will incur an installation and removal charge billed at service rates listed above, as well as a daily rental fee.
